Sean Scott, an Australian photographer, spends a lot of time in front of the camera, surrounded by the crystal blue water. He portrays the beauty of the area and the wildlife that inhabit it in his bright photographs. A few years ago, he took one of his most memorable photographs. It demonstrates the immense strength of waves and how they may engulf any organism, large or little. Two sharks are seen inside a massive ocean wave in this photograph. The couple is fighting the current head on, with their tails towards us. The water’s power, along with their intense swimming, appeared to have frozen them in place.
Scott was photographing at Red Bluff, a remote surf area around 14 hours north of Perth, when he came across the two sharks. When he noticed dark figures swimming around a black bait ball, he was focused on a large school of fish. When Scott realized they were sharks, he swiftly set up his equipment and captured this incredible photograph. After that, he flew his drone over the site in the water and discovered that the two were far from alone—at feeding time, there were over 200 sharks.
