A Los Angeles Lakers player used to live in a six-bedroom Moraga Estates home that is currently listed for $14.5 million. The seller, Compass dealer Nancy Ellin, is also offering the gated community, which is 10,000 square feet, for sale. The house includes an indoor basketball court, six bedrooms, and a locker room with walls full of autographs from former NBA players.
Ellin bought the house in 2004 and made several high-end renovations.
